New arrival

There is a new arrival in my household (7 people and 3 dogs weren't enough); a 'wee black dog' as the Scots would call her, (she came from Scotland) is being fostered with us due to the fact that she has impending new arrivals of her own. We have done this before for  Dogs Trust; but this time I am going to be very strong and NOT keep any of the puppies, or even the mother.....hope you are reading this, children!

The poor thing is absolutely terrified of everything, and clearly has no idea what a collar and lead are. In fact she is totally agoraphobic which makes me think she must have been indoors all her life; the garden terrifies her and she makes a beeline for the door to get back in to her sanctuary at the first opportunity. Of course she also has no housetraining, but I am used to cleaning up!

I think she should whelp before very long, so I will keep you informed......In the meantime we need a name for her - any ideas?
