If your pet is on long term medication, the vet will explain to you how frequently he needs checking; this could be as often as monthly or as infrequently as 6-monthly, but repeat examinations are necessary to ensure that the medication is working as it should and that the condition has not deteriorated, or a new condition arisen.

You may wish to purchase several months medication at a time, or to come in monthly. However, once dispensed, we are unable to give refunds for medications as there are strict laws concerning pharmaceuticals. We are able to dispose of unused drugs.

Requests for repeat prescriptions may be made by telephone, or in person, allowing 24 hours for the prescription to be checked and put up.

Remember: Repeat prescriptions can only be supplied within six months of the last examination.
